Booking

If you wish to make a reservation please complete and return the booking form together with a deposit of 20%. The deposit can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of completed booking form and acceptance of Terms and Conditions and deposit.

Each reservation will be confirmed to you by email.

The balance of the rental fee and security deposit should be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.

In the event you make a reservation less than 8 weeks in advance of the rental period, payment of the full rental fee, including the security deposit, will be applicable.

We will inform you, by means of the booking form, as into which bank account number you can transfer the rental fee and security deposit.  Any costs incurred through bank payments or transfers will be at your own expense.

We leave it to your discretion to seek a cancellation insurance.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure. However, excessive cleaning costs and any damage or loss incurred will be deducted from that deposit.

Changeover day

Saturday but there is some flexibility particularly outside of high season. To allow us time to prepare the house, we kindly ask you to check in at 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival, and check out by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure

Refundable security: £100

Notes on prices: Electricity charges apply in low season.  Long lets by negotiation. Bed linen and one set of towels (including pool towel) included in rental.
